Advice on choosing
Do you have difficulty choosing or are you in doubt between a few products? In our webshop you can easily compare different machines. By indicating in the “Finder” what you want to use the machine for and which materials you want to weld, a number of recommendations appear. If you still have doubts after this, you can of course always call for additional information.
Delivery and collection options
By default, your order will be sent the day after your order by post or courier service. To check when the delivery will take place you will receive the track & trace code by email. Carriers request a telephone number to contact in case of delivery problems. The telephone number is used exclusively for this purpose.
You can of course also pick up the order from us. If you want to do this, you can select this option in the ordering process.
Can my order be delivered at a later time?
If you want your order to be delivered later (eg due to holidays or absence) this is of course also possible. During payment, we ask you to indicate in the available textfield when your order may be sent.
What is the minimum order value?
At Freetech-Equipment there is no minimum order value, you also need small wear parts. If they fit in an envelope in terms of size and weight, we will send by letter post.
Purchases without VAT (VAT transferred) is possible via this website
To directly transfer the VAT for your purchases you need a valid VAT number outside the Netherlands. Then you do the following:
* You register as a new customer.
* Enter your company details with a valid VAT number in the correct manner. (Without spaces and points)
* Then press validate.
Your data will be checked, and if you agree, you can shop and pay immediately without advancing VAT.
If your number is not accepted, it may be that the number has expired, has been entered incorrectly or has not yet been registered with EU in the system. Occasionally it may happen that the VIES server that checks the number has a malfunction. Then try again after a while.
If it really doesn't work, please contact us. This can be done by telephone or email.
Invoice of your order
If you have placed an order and paid, you can download the pro forma invoice via the website. You will receive the final invoice by e-mail when the order has been sent.
You can no longer find the invoice for the order
You can always download the pro forma invoice for all your orders via the site. If you want to receive the commercial invoice again, just send an e-mail to info@freetech-equipment.com. We will gladly send you the invoice again by e-mail.

Super gas exchange system for property cylinders
What exactly does the exchange system entail?
You purchase a one-off cylinder, with this you automatically participate in the exchange system.
You can exchange the empty cylinder for a full one at more than 200 exchange points in the Netherlands.
Advantages of this are:
You no longer have to offer the cylinder for filling.
No inspection (with associated costs) on the cylinder; you always have an approved cylinder.
No rental costs for a cylinder.
You can exchange the cylinder with us on Monday-Friday after a phone call on 06 41508565.
We supply 10 liter Argon - Argon / Co2 cylinders. (All other cylinders available on request.)
PAY ATTENTION ! Gas cylinders can NOT be sent.
