What about the delivery times?

Freetech-Equipment meets all your welding and cutting needs. Thanks to our standard stock we can respond to your requests quickly. When an article is in stock this means: Ordered today = shipped tomorrow. We also supply all wearing parts from stock.

You can always call for expert advice with questions and problems.

What are the payment options in this webshop?

Freetech-Equipment offers a suitable payment option for everyone:

What are the delivery and collection options?

By default, your order will be sent the day after your order by post or courier service. To check when the delivery will take place you will receive the track & trace code by email. Carriers request a telephone number to contact in case of delivery problems. The telephone number is used exclusively for this purpose. You can of course also pick up the order from us. If you want to do this, you can select this option in the ordering process.

Can my order be delivered at a later time?

If you want your order to be delivered later (eg due to holidays or absence) this is of course also possible. During payment, we ask you to indicate in the available textfield when your order may be sent.

Advice on choosing?

Do you have difficulty choosing or are you in doubt between a few products? In our webshop you can easily compare different machines. By indicating in the “Finder” what you want to use the machine for and which materials you want to weld, a number of recommendations appear. If you still have doubts after this, you can of course always call for additional information.

Is a purchase without VAT (VAT transferred) possible?

To directly transfer the VAT for your purchases you need a valid VAT number outside the Netherlands. You then register as a new customer and enter your company details together with your VAT number (without spaces and points). Your data will then be checked and after confirmation you can shop and pay immediately without advancing VAT.
