Depending on the format and value, orders are delivered with:
• Mailbox post
• Package via DHL or PostNL
• Pallet via DHL
The shipping costs depend on the size, weight and type of package / pallet. We use the standard rates of our partners for this.
During the ordering process, after choosing the shipping / collection way, the costs will be visible. Shipping costs abroad are higher than local. These costs are also shown during the ordering process.
Orders before 3 pm are sent the following working day using one of the above methods.
Once the order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation. You will also receive a Track & Trace code for packages and pallets. With this you can follow your order.
Package and pallets are usually delivered to you after 1 working day.
When you are not at home:
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will mention this in your Track & Trace route. It will also state when the next delivery attempt will be made.
A second delivery attempt will be made. If this also fails, the package will be sent back to us. Pay attention! There are costs involved.
It is therefore important to look in advance when someone is present. We can adjust the delivery day for you. If this applies, please state this in the information field at checkout.
Items that are not in stock or when it comes to customization, have an adjusted delivery time. In this case, after receiving the order, we will contact you and pass on the delivery time. If multiple items are ordered, one of which is not in stock, then 2 shipments will take place. However, you will only pay for 1 shipment.
Pick up from us is always free.
To ensure that this runs smoothly, we ask you to discuss the collection day / time in advance with us. This prevents that some items are not yet ready / in stock.
